By signing up with us for your Email and/or SMS Text Messages, you give GenZiest.com consent to send Emails or/and SMS Marketing Messages to you. By logging and viewing Terms And Conditions you are agreeing to everything written here automatically.

SERVICE

We [GenZiest.com, hereinafter referred to as “GenZiest”] perform a service we now allow requests for input, workplace information, unique information, office notifications, coupons/discounts and other messages (“messages”) be sent to your email address/mobile phone/device. You agree and understand that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as SMS text messaging, Internet service provider or cellular airtime charges). You agree to pay these fees, some of which may be associated with display or delivery by us of each SMS text message that you receive. You are also responsible for providing the equipment that is used to access the Service and to receive SMS text messages, and you are solely responsible, at your own expense, for all equipment needed in order to access the Service. We don’t charge anything for sending it via email or SMS. This is part of our free service. However, please check with your internet service provider and/or a cellular carrier to determine whether you may be charged to receive email or text messages we send as part of an opt-in program through which you have requested such messages from us in order to use our Services. You can cancel at any time. Send the word “STOP”. After you send the SMS with the text “STOP” to us, you will receive an SMS from us acknowledging that we have received your STOP request. You will no longer receive Slide SMS from us as well.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

By using the Service, You agree to the following:

submit the Registration Data, which shall be true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form; and

maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and ensure that such data is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. If you do not provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete including Personal Information, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete then we have the right to suspend or terminate your account/profile and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
